Orders

1. How do I place an order on the website?

It's very simple! First,register or log inin your account. Then, add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. There, you can set the delivery address and choose your preferred payment method.

2. When will my order be shipped?

Orders paid by 5 PM on weekdays are processed and shipped the same day, with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted.


In-Store Pickups

1. Can I buy online and pick up my order at a physical store?

Yes, you can! At checkout, select the "Store Pickup" option. Then, choose the store where you want to pick up your order from the list that appears. Store pickup is free.

2. What documents do I need to collect the order?

To pick up your article, simply present theorder number or codeto one of our salespeople.

3. How long does it take to pick up my order from the store?

The deadline for collecting your order is5 business days. After this period, the order will be canceled.


Payments

1. What payment methods are available?

We accept several payment methods for your convenience:

  • ATM:Payment is made via Homebanking or at an ATM using the reference generated at the end of the purchase.

  • Bank Transfer:The NIB is provided after submitting the order. Shipping is only completed after the transfer is confirmed.

  • Cash on Delivery:Pay cash directly to the delivery person upon delivery, with an additional 2% fee. The maximum order value is €300, and this method is not valid for smartphones or tablets.

  • MbWay:Fast and secure payment via your mobile number, at no additional cost.

  • PayPal:Pay securely online. This service incurs a 3% surcharge on the purchase price.

  • Payshop:Pay for your order in person at a Payshop agent using the reference provided.

  • Credit or Debit Card:We accept Visa and Mastercard.

  • FLOA PAY:We offer the option of payment in up to 4 installments.


Shipping Orders

1. How does delivery work and what are the costs?

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are calculated during checkout. Orders are processed on business days by 5 p.m. and shipped byCTT ExpressorDPD. The table of costs and delivery times is available on the pageTerms and Conditions.

2. What is Correio Simples and is it recommended?

Correio Simple is a more economical shipping option, but it doesn't include tracking. Because it doesn't offer tracking,not recommendedfor fragile or higher value items.


Repairs and Technical Assistance

1. Is it possible to have a repair done on the spot at one of your stores?

Yes, most repairs are done on the spot. We recommend confirming service availability directly with the store.

2. Are repairs guaranteed?

Yes. After your equipment is repaired, the warranty is60 days, counting from the date of departure of our technical assistance.

3. How can I send my item for repair?

To ship your device, please contact our technical support team for packaging and shipping instructions. Remember to remove the SIM card and memory card. Alrossio is not responsible for any data lost during the repair. The evaluation and quote are free of charge, but shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
